Make your own high protein "meat" (seitan) for less than $2/pound! Yay! This recipe has literally changed our lives because it's super easy and cheap. We use this Basic Seitan for tons of dishes - curry, teriyaki, sweet and sour, etc. YOU CAN FREEZE AND SAVE FOR LATER TOO!
This Curry Chick'n recipe is one of my favorites because it is a no-cook dish and is ready in less than 15 minutes! Great on a sandwich, wrap or on fresh greens and it keeps for days once refrigerated.
