Grilled Teriyaki Chick'n

This is about as easy as it gets. The Gardein™ patties are high in protein and are available in many grocery stores such as Whole Foods Market and even some major chains. The ones displayed here are from the fresh deli section of Whole Foods. They are pre-cooked and come complete with grill lines!

If you can't find the fresh deli Gardein - ask your local market to order it, or visit Gardein's website and ask where you can purchase them in your area. If all else fails, you can always use the frozen Gardein Teriyaki Chick'n Strips instead. These are available nationwide at many stores.

Preparation and Assembly Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 6 minutes
Yield: 3 pieces

INGREDIENTS

3 Gardein™ chick'n breasts
Teriyaki sauce
Oil for sautéing

DIRECTIONS

Sauté the Gardein™ on each side in a little oil and Teriyaki sauce for a total of about two - three minutes until they are slightly browned.

Great as a stand alone dish, on a salad or on a sandwich!
