Vegetarian Plus' Black Pepper Steak is another great "Straight-Outta-The-Box" recipe that we highly recommend. No need to "mess with it" to get it right - just add the vegetables of your choice and serve over rice. 15 minutes and you'll have a delicious vegan meal on the table!
Preparation and Assembly Time: 5 minutes (if rice is already cooked)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4 - 6 servings
2 packages (10.5 oz ea.) Vegan Black Pepper Steaks by Vegetarian Plus (VegeUSA®) - thawed if frozen
3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
2 scallions, chopped
2 - 3 cups cooked rice
Lightly steam the broccoli and set aside. Remove the Vegan Black Pepper Steaks (thawed already) from the package and simmer over medium heat in a skillet for 2 - 3 minutes. Add steamed broccoli and scallions. Stir and turn off the heat.
Serve over a bed of rice.
