This week Kamaal and I share a taste test of THREE vegan burgers. Back in 1985 when I became vegetarian, there were only a couple of options on the market, and none nearly as good as these. You can find these in the FRESH or FROZEN section of your supermarket. Each burger has between 19 - 21 grams of protein and are very filling.

This week Kamaal and I share a taste test of my favorite vegan sausage and her favorite vegan cheese. Both are soy and gluten free as well! We made Penne Pasta with Roasted Cauliflower and then added the sausage and cheese.

It's that time again! What is the best Vegan Turkey? We try a new one today - Gardein Savory Stuffed Turk'y. It's easy - no need to thaw in advance. Just cook at 450 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes. Even comes with gravy.
